Margaret Hollingsworth has been teaching and writing in Canada since 1968, the year she emigrated from England. Her plays have received stage productions in England and Canada and several have been seen on television and aired on radio in Canada, England, West Germany, Australia, and New Zealand. Hollingsworth’s full-length plays include Mother Country, Ever Loving, War Babies and Blowing Up Toads. Several of her short plays are collected in the volume Endangered Species.
