Play Red from Controlled Damage by Andrea Scott

J. Gordon Shillingford is honoured to share this short film, created as a collaboration between Andrea Scott (Playwright, Controlled Damage,) Terrence Taylor (filmmaker) and Sarah Richardson (actor, from the original Neptune Theatre production of Controlled Damage.) 

The script for Controlled Damage, which centres on the life of civil rights activist Viola Desmond, was published in 2020 under the Scirocco Drama imprint.
