About the Author
Kristen Da Silva was born in Oakville, Ontario and raised in Nobleton, Ontario, a small farming community in King Township. She graduated from York University and continued her studies at Sheridan College. Her plays, which include Where You Are, Hurry Hard, The Rules of Playing Risk, Sugar Road and Beyond the Sea, are set in Ontario locales from Sudbury to Stayner and have been produced in provinces across Canada, in the United States, Italy and Germany. Kristen is a two-time recipient of the Playwrights Guild New Comedy award. She works as an actor and writer.
